Exchange Policy

To make the exchange process simple, the customer has to dispatch the product back to us at the given address. Once the product is received and inspected, our team would issue a shopping voucher worth the same amount as the product purchased. The shopping voucher can be used to make an exchange order. The validity of the shopping voucher would be 30 days from the date of issue.

Important Exchange Terms:

  • Pakistan: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the products
  • The customer is liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address
  • After the specified exchange window, it will be solely the company's decision to fulfill your request or not

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund or return will only occur if:

  1. The wrong item was sent
  2. The item is defective
  3. The item was damaged in shipping

Refund Timeline:

  • Pakistan: You can claim a refund within 2 days from date of item(s) delivered to you

In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund 

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. Once order is dispatched it will not be possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.

Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning items. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.
